We purchased this camera to have on a recent trip to CA to see family and were

very pleased with how clear the pictures were we took and the videos as well.

We used this camera to film the Bellagio fountain shows in Las Vegas and were

very pleased with the audio and video quality we received. This was a great investment and not a lot of money based on what you get !

I have had this camera about a month and am still getting familiar with it even though it is quite easy to use. The shots it takes are excellent even on half quality and the video function is great with about 40 mins of footage on a 1 GB card. The zoom is a bit weak and the digital zoom is all but useless in my opinion. My only complaint is the shutter lag and the camera can turn itself on via the playback switch if it is carried in a pocket without a case. The battery life is excellent

When i first bought this camera It worked for two days, I returned it and they sent me a new one in less than two weeks, now it works fine but some times it just stop working and you have to take the battery off, it is not so often but but stil. I don`t know if it is everyone's problem but at the end it works fine for the purpose I bought it. Great photos and video resolution.

I purchased this item as a Christmas present for my daughter who's main concern was simplicity. She loves it. The pics are great.

This is an excelent camera. Everything arrived as ordered and very quick. This was a great online shopping experience.

I ordered this product on 12/18/09 with one day shipping of $44.50. Item arrived on 12/24/09. Items received were not the complete order. Merchant refused refund on shipping. The product price dropped $50.00 the day after I placed the order but only $20.00 was refunded. A portion of the order was received on 1/5/10 but order is still not complete. Gift wrap for $14.95 was a cheap piece of silver paper and a computer printout. Telephone and e-mail contact convinced me I was dealing with a merchant who had their money and did not care about the customer beyond that point. Will never order from this merchant again. Realy dont care about the camera at this point.

I ordered this item on 12/15/2009. Website states that shipping will take 3-5 days. I didnt receive the shippment (partial shippment) until 12/23/2009 (8 days after placing order) . When item was opened the only thing in the box was the camera, memory card and case. I have yet to recieve the rest of my order: tripod, screen protectors, cleaning care kit and 25 free quality prints. When i purchased this item the website stated that the items were "in stock" (this is the reason i used this company). This item was intended to be a christmas present but ended up being more of a hassle than anything else. I called Electronica Direct and spoke with a lady that informed me she would call the warehouse to check the status of the order and "email" me the update. I asked her if l would be recieving the email today (12/28/2009) and she said yes. I never received the email and when i called the office they were already closed for the day. I called back the next day and they informed me that it was amazons mistake and that the accessories just arrive in the warehouse yesterday and they would be shipped out (expedited shippent)I will see how soon this will arrive. I placed this order over 2 weeks ago. In my order information box it says "status: your order should have arrived by now". Well sad news..it hasnt! Very dissapoited with the company and how they handle things. UPDATE: It is now 1/2/2010 and I still havent received my order that was placed on 12/15/2009.
