First, let me say this product was priced really great and shipping time was great. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing I can say. This was put in the box with no packaging and no instructions on how this should work. That's okay if you're tech savvy - I'm not. I don't know if the button is supposed to hang up and answer the phone but it does not. It may be that the button only controls the volume which isn't very helpful when you're driving. These are supposed to be hands free. If that's how the set is supposed to work then it works great. If not, then I wouldn't recommend this one even for the price.

It's load and clear enough to heard the person on the other side and I love it.

This headset is good quality and the sound quality is fine; however, it is not that comfortable to use. Either there is a problem with the earpiece or my ears. Most probably it is the former one...

If the earpieces fit a humans ear this product would be ok, but the very poor design causes the earpieces to fall out of the ear. They are simply too big, and drop out of your ear. I have to say that if Samsungs engineers paid any attention to designing this product they would have noticed the problem and made them smaller to fit correctly.

Perfect replacement for the one I lost. Delivered on time and at the right price.

Like this produce, put out good sound, great to have while drive when you don't have a bluetooth device. Would recommend Headset for your Samsund Eternity A867.

I bought this product for my nephews and decided to buy one for my husband and son. My son loves it; its not just a headset its also a microphone, perfect for the law of hands free phone.

Everything about this piece was great quality and worked just great, but it's the typical earbuds that don't really fit in anyone's ears, always falling out. I got an iPod for my birthday, same problem. Can't someone design them to be a little more "ear-friendly"?
