Although I have consistently purchased SanDisk cards over the years, I was intrigued by this new line of Samsung SDHC cards, and because the price was reasonable, decided to give one a try. So far I've been very pleased with the purchase. Yes, it looks as good in person as it does in the photos - it has a brushed aluminum front with a dark black back - but, more importantly, it has a very high quality feel to it, no doubt to the special manufacturing techniques that were used to make this "waterproof" and resistant to structural damage. From what I understand from Samsung's marketing material (see it above), it is a poured epoxy compound over Samsung NAND memory that makes the card able to stand up to higher levels of abuse. I've not tested that claim, nor do I hope I ever have to, but the card certainly feels much more physically solid in the hand than previous cards. The squeaks and sometimes flexible structural housings of other SDHC cards I've used are completely gone here.

Speed on the card appears to be roughly what Samsung claims, with read speeds being faster than write speeds, which is completely normal for cards of these types. I've used it on day-long shooting without problem, and I've formatted the card a number of times and used it in a Sony point and shoot camera, an HP Windows 7 computer, and a Mac Book Pro. No problems with any of them. The card seems to be working very well in all these pieces of equipment, and there are no problems to report at this time.

32Gb is the largest size supported by SDHC (if you want to go higher than 32Gb in the same physical card format, you have to go to SDXC). But even though this is an SDHC card, and you have a device that takes SDHC cards, you still have to confirm that your equipment will be able to handle this largest 32Gb SDHC memory size. (You will also not automatically get the benefit of this card's Class 10 speeds unless the equipment you are using is specifically designed to accommodate it.) But at this price, and for the quality you get, this is an easy five star recommendation. I imagine it won't be too long before we see Samsung start producing those massive 128Gb SDXC cards (my Sony DSC-HX9V point and shoot camera, for example, can handle all SDXC cards, plus any size SDHC card. This is the camera I'm currently using the Samsung card on.)

I bought this SD card mainly for use for my Rebel T3i camera. I have a smaller capacity class 10 card made by PNY and the Samsung card works just as fine. On my camera, the Samsung card can hold up to about 1000 photos in RAW format (awesome!)

With respect to construction and quality, this Samsung card is great. It is supposedly shock-proof, water-proof and magnet-proof. I haven't tested that and don't intend to but there is a clear tactile difference in the quality of the brushed aluminum and a regular plastic shell SD case. You can probably easily snap a regular SD card with your fingers but it would take a bit more effort with the Samsung (this I have tried). The Samsung card can probably take some serious damage.

It also looks really great. Having the orange letter and brushed metal makes it really hard to visually lose compared to your standard black or dark blue SD card. I was a bit disappointed that my copy did not come with a case of any sort but I realize that it is totally unnecessary since the card rarely leaves the camera as I now never need to swap cards.

Well worth the extra expense to get a heavy duty memory card like this, especially if you tend to be a little careless and destructive like I am. No regrets so far. Highly recommended!

This SDHC card is fantastic! It looks great, and is literally made of metal. I haven't tested the claimed durability but my understanding is that the components are permanently sealed in an epoxy polymer, so I have no doubt that it will stand up to anything. As far as speed goes, it's faster than my Nikon D3000 can even write to it.
