The phone is built well, but does have some unusual design decisions. The whole water/dust proofing is neat, but more of a hassle in day-to-day life. The plug over the USB port is, in particular, quite annoying. Also, the USB port itself, as it is a USB 3.0, is a bit unusual and I've noticed the new S6 doesn't have this. And the heartbeat sensor/fingerprint reader are again a bit gimmicky. However, they are only add-ons to a spectacularly well-built and powerful phone. I've just updated to 5.1.1, officially from the carrier, and its smoother than ever. Battery life, with its user-replaceable battery, is great as after work I still have anywhere from 80% to 50% left (and thats anywhere from 10 to 16 hours of use, unplugged, and sometimes streaming music over bluetooth).
If I had the choice between this and a new S6, I'd still go for this.Read more ›

The phone was exactly as described by seller - gently used (I couldn't really tell at all) , worked perfectly on both T-Mobile and Cricket networks.Published 29 days ago by PN

Not very satisfied. I purchased a refurbished phone and was expecting the condition to be as good as new. However, the product had more than a couple of scratches and looked used.Published 1 month ago by Amazon Customer
