The Samsung I321N has a large QVGA LCD screen with a 320 x 240-pixel resolution and support for a 65K color depth. The full QWERTY keyboard makes it easy to type emails and edit business documents, and it's complemented by a five-way navigation toggle, send/end keys, and soft keys. It has an internal 70 MB memory, which can be expanded via optional MicroSD memory cards. The phonebook can store up to 1000 contact entries, each with multiple fields for numbers and email addresses.

The included Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphone software with Direct Push technology gives you instant access to your emails, calendar, and contacts at anytime. That means wherever and whenever, you'll be connected. A single main screen summarizes all the important information you need to make it through the day. Here you'll get message notification, upcoming appointments, dialing functions, tasks, and more all in one spot. Staying productive on the road is made possible by the Microsoft Office Mobile suite, which includes Word Mobile, Excel Mobile, and PowerPoint Mobile. I'm pretty sure the Tri-Band description was not on the product page when i bought this. if you have at&t this is not the phone for you unless you're in a 3G (1900MHz) area a vast majority of the time. looks like a blackjack but does not have the wheel.

The phone arrived with the language on the phone in Spanish. After I figured out, finally, how to change this, I called to have it activated and after trying and trying, I was told that the battery had water damage done to it. I would definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from these sellers.

bought 3 phones and they all work great. these phones were worth 150. battery life is pretty short good thing it has an extra battery that comes with it. setting up the phone was a pain, but the phone works great. we all were satisfied with the phones.
