I got a juke this week and think it's the greatest phone ever. I switched from a RAZR, which I thought was too wide for my small hands.

This is the perfect size - it's a bit larger than small mp3 players and isn't too heavy. The 2 gig hard drive for music is a good size - enough for about 400 songs. Also, it synched right up with my rhapsody-to-go subscription, so that was a definite plus. Another nice thing is that it charges when it's plugged into your computer (like when you're synching with music files).

The headset that comes it is good for listening to music in stereo, and then also talk on the phone. I was using it the other day at Kinko's making photocopies - I was jamming to music when I got a call and it switched right over perfectly.

When you have the phone closed, and hold it horizontally, the display functions as the mp3 player display, and then when you open it up, and hold it vertically, it becomes the phone display. The buttons are all intuitive and easy to use. The display is small if you were going to try to use the web or a lot of pictures or something like that. But for texting it's ok.

This color is a gorgeous teal - very striking.

It comes with the charger, headset, and USB cord to connect to your computer.

Definitely worth getting if you want to have your music and phone in the same device.

The JUKE phone is a marvel of brilliance! I needed a smaller phone that could fit into my blouse pocket, and be discreet when recieving calls in places that one should not be on the phone. (Haven't we all needed to recieve a call in discretion?)
This cute phone really delivers in terms of being small.
If you are a person who takes good care of their possessions, and is able to handle small items with care, this phone is a good match for your cell phone needs.
I don't need a clumsy PDA or bigger phone.
Just basic service and the JUKE gives me that plus the music features.
I love the huge 2 gig memory card which comes inside the phone for free. It also comes with a home charger, matching teal earbuds, connector cable from laptop to phone, and this JUKE will pair up with Bluetooth recievers.

That's about all I need in my day to day business at work.

I highly recommend this hot little phone.
The sound quality is amazing too.

WOW i was very inpressed when i opend the box! its not as small as you think but i tottaly agree with all the other reviews the sound for the music is amazing! crystal clear Speakerphone! And a great camera and its great to text on! if you are going to verizon or already with them BUY THIS PHONE!

I got this for my Mom as a gift since she desperately needed a new phone. It is easy and simple to use. Even though the phone is small, the buttons are still easy to press even for someone who has arthritis. Not to mention the fact that is is stylish (especially the color) and fun. The speaker phone works great and isn't fuzzy like some. Samsung is the best brand of phone so it is no surprise to me that this phone does its job well.

I got this phone on christmas 6 months ago. It has been BY FAR the best phone i've ever had! I'm pretty hard on phones (i tend to drop and break them) but this phone is completly solid. It is durable and works great, i've had no problems with it that werent my fault. The buttons are small but they arent too small to make it difficult to type as i was afraid of. It has great memory and the sound quality is perfect for talking and listening to music. The only downfall is the fact that you cant connect to itunes (my main music program) and transfering music from itunes to windows is a hassle but once you get the music it is great. I would recomend this phone to anyone for sure... I'm sad to have to replace it due to the fact that my soda exploded all over it and it no longer works. maybe i'll get another juke.

I've had this phone for about 2 months now. Overall, I'm liking this phone, but I feel compelled to write a review because of a few major issues that would probably affect someone's decision on this phone:

Issues:
- Does NOT have an audible alert/beep when you miss a phone call. I checked the samsung website and they state there is no option for setting your phone so that you will get a beep every few minutes after you miss a phone call. This is pretty annoying because I feel like this is a very practical function and every other phone I've ever owned beeps at me when I miss a call. With the Juke, sometimes you'll miss a call, but you won't find out unless you go look at your phone or the person leaves you a voicemail and you set a voicemail alert.
- Sometimes this phone will open up by itself in your pocket/purse. It hasn't been happening very often, but it does happen sometimes, which is kind of annoying.
- Speakerphone is pretty quiet and sometimes extremely difficult to hear the other person, worse performance than my previous phone, the motorola krzr.
- The camera is placed where you would naturally put your hand if you were trying to hold up the phone to take a picture, which is dumb because then you have to awkwardly slide your hand down in order to take a picture.

Pros:
- Nice that you can transfer music easily from your computer to your Juke.
- Small, nice looking
- If you have one of those old school earpieces with a mic you can plug it into the headphone jack and use that so that you don't have to hold the phone to your head.

It is so sad they discontinued this phone. I've had mine for two years now and I'm about to have to say goodbye. I was stupid enough not to get insurance on it when I got it, and it turns out, while it would have been nice, it was not needed. I had a teething puppy chew on it, dropped it more times than I can count, the button that keeps the battery in place popped off from being dropped so many times, and once even lost it in snow for 20 minutes. Through all that, it still works great. The button no longer turns thanks to my dog's teeth and it refuses to sync or play music any longer, (no idea why that last part, but I suspect brain damage from frequent droppings.) Like I said, it would have been nice to be able to replace the phone for one without teeth marks, or whenever it lost the ability to sync and play music, but it wasn't necessary. The phone still works great, takes suprisingly good pictures considering its size, when the music player did work, it was clear and could get loud enough for me to entertain everyone in a Walmart backroom which is huge, and the color is beautiful. My only complaints are the sound quality for phone calls isn't so great. I can't understand half of what people are saying to me when they call, I frequently got ribbed for the size of the phone (though I personally like it, it is pretty small which makes viewing pictures on it hard,) and it has no video recorder. But considering everything else you get, especially the enormous memory for music files, (which is the reason I got it in the first place,) it was well worth the buy. I do, however, strongly reccomend getting insurance for this phone because it lost the ability to sync to computers or even play music after awhile. I still don't know whether that was my fault or a standard bug that pops up in all phones, but it really would have been nice to replace my phone once it stopped playing music.

Let's see if I understand this, you're going to pay me $85.00 for a phone I would've bought anyways? COOL
