This product did not work and I wasted my money with no recourse. when I complained to Amazon I was told there was nothing they could do and to go to the manufacturer. Why did I buy thru Amazon then. I bet they're keeping their commission on my worthless product. I'm probably not going to do business with Amazon. Why should I if this is all they do--and don't protect their customers

Completely agree with the previous reviewer - I have the same exact situation. ANTOnline claim on compatibility of this cartridge with your printer are factually incorrect - buyer beware. Better still, this does not seem to bother them - I contacted them repeatedly via E-mail - all I got was automated responses promising to get back to me. And don't try to reach them by phone - they only have a machine telling you to enjoy your day and so on...
Amazon did their part too - tried using their "a-to-z" (or whatever they call it) guarantee - only to get and E-mail from them denying the claim and suggesting that I read the fine print on each individual seller site. I guess it is not so "a-to-z" after all - it stumbles right on the first letter. And this is actually my second such experience with Amazon - they just wash their hands. Such blatant and cynical disregard for the customer - especially in light of their outstanding financial results reported last week - forces me to make every effort to put my shopping dollars elsewhere.

Product received very quickly and has been working just fine. Have not had any problems with it whatsoever. Don't know what the problem was that the other customers had but that has not been our experience with this product.
