Samsung's Maxima 80Ti provides fully automatic operation and other useful features in a point and shoot camera, and is specially designed with value in mind. The 2x (38 to 80 millimeters) zoom opens up possibilities when taking pictures. The camera has programmed shutter control, and can also be set to leave the shutter open between 1 and 60 seconds for long exposure shots.

The flash system has automatic, fill, off, and red eye reduction capabilities. The self-timer can be set to 10 seconds, 2 seconds, or delayed shutter. Film handling is fully automatic, such as loading, winding, and rewinding. The zoom viewfinder is easy to see with and has bright frame finders to help you compose your shot.

I just recently bought this camera since the one i'v had for the past 5 years decided to break on me.
When I took this item out of its box the first thing I noticed was that it wasn't some cheap basically throw it away in the next year or so camera. It's very durable and is the most simple camera I have ever owned. The film loading is a snap and the zoom feature is really cool. This is a great camera for taking snap shots and to take on a trip with you because its not big and bulky.
I paid $49 for it and for the price I think it is well worth the money.

The question is not the product, but the integrity of the seller and Amazon as their representative.
The camera was advertised as new in the box. Upon receipt of the product it turned out the product's shutter and telephoto systems did not work. Although the seller offered to buy the product back I choose to deal with Samsung with a under a warranty claim which was successful, although the product was not repairable Samsung replaced the product with a similiar product. Finally on 7/31/09 Ireceived the replacement product and it does work.

I only get burned once. I will not purchase again through Amazon.
