I love this DVD player. It really is the best I've ever owned. It plays everything - not only DVDs from other countries/regions, but even scratched ones. The thing I love the most about it is that is so small & unobtrusive. It is just slightly larges than a DVD, itself. Gives great HD performance & has never given me any trouble in over 6 months now.
It is easy to use with the remote or,(if you are like me you misplace your remote whenever you need it)or by using the icons on the top. I highly recommend this DVD player.

Having already returned one DVD player that claimed to be region free, I was a bit trepidatious at this one, too. But I really wanted to watch my BBC Complete Shakespeare collection on something other than my computer - like my new 1080p TV.

Well, this one fit the bill, worked out of the box (I purchased it from Amazon vendor - dont mess about with the vendor or the player may not be set to multi-region), has an elegant design, upconverts, has an HDMI output, and a USB port, and of course old style component/composite video.

Now I can watch my British and other Foreign DVDs comfortably. Note to Americans - if you're into Shakespeare, History, and Documentaries, Amazon UK has many DVDs not available in the US, for reasonable prices, even with shipping.

Very pleased with this Samsung DVD player. Great picture quality! I purchased this to play xvid tv show downloads through the USB in addition to being the primary dvd and digital music player for my household. It handles all of those functions well.

The one thing that was slightly disappointing was the USB slot being in the back but this is easily remedied with and extension cable.

No need for a bulky, over sized, player when this one gets the job done.

It is a fault description which has no AVI and MKV format,
I purchased this machine because of those feature,
now I'd return it been a month already, but still got no refund and any respond,
I started feel upset for that kind of service,
I will wait for another week, before I take the action !!!!!

We love British television, but we have to wait soooo long before the great series that air in Britain make their way to the States--if they make it over here at all. What to do?

First, get yourself one of these babies. It's simple, affordable, pumps out a good quality picture to our 50" 1080p HDTV, and will play DVDs from any region in the world.

Second, go to amazon.co.uk and order all the old seasons of your favorite shows. They're affordable (especially the older seasons), the shipping is about the same as many US retailers, the Royal Mail is very fast (even for overseas), and amazon.co.uk often ships from the Isle of Man, so you can avoid paying the VAT. Win-Win!

This little DVD multi-region player is small and plays great. I hooked it up to my LG TV and it works just fine with any DVD that I have placed in it.

Quick delivery and I love the product. I've had no problems playing any of my DVDs except for the ones which have never played right. I love the design and it fits nicely into my entertainment center

Be careful with this DVD player. I had tried to hook it up with Sony TV, Samsung Tv to no avail. in the end, before giving up, I tried with my LG TV-Monitor and it has worked. :( Make sure to either have many different TV available or not to buy this. BTW, I used HDMI cable to hook up.
