The camera was all well and good in that it takes pictures, etc. You'll find that it suffers from many problems.

1) I've never seen a device so picky on batteries. They just say AA. But what you find out is that it eats through them in 6 photos. So you look online and find you need to go buy those expensive rechargables. Those did the trick and in the end were probably worth it, but that doesn't make it any less annoying.

2) I've had the camera for a year and a half I think...but I have left it on a shelf for probably a year. It has huge problems with staying on even after the battery thing is resolved. Now, regardless of battery type and how charged they are, the camera will not turn on at all. It immediately shuts right off with the lens still stuck out. Lots of folks have this problem. The solution is to send it to some no-name shop in NJ and pay God-knows-how-much for this.

Screw it, it's a piece of garbage. I will take delight and seeing what happens when I put it into a microwave.

I would give this 5 stars if I didn't have to pay a higher price for a refurbished camera to replace my daughter's which was lost after one month. It says alot for the model. It works very well but came without all the software that the new one had. A good camera for the price. I would recomend it!
