The product is no good. For starters it isn't even a real Samsung cable. I called Samsung to confirm this. The only thing the cable will do is charge the phone while it is plugged into the computer. Even after you download the necessary drivers and software, from the Samsung website, it still doesn't work. Trust me, I've tried everything. I came out better getting a Bluetooth adapter. It's great. I'll use this 'fake' cable as a backup charger because that's all it's good for. Save your money, don't buy this cable.

Item did not work, part number matches working item I own. I bought 2 of these cables and both of them do not work. When i plug the cable in to a USB port and connect it to my phone *nothing* happens.

I already had a working cable, and it works on the exact same setup where all I change is the cable.

These cables are defective. I would call them cheap knock-off's but they have a samsung OEM sticker.

great price, got it quickly, bought two so i can leave one in my briefcase for travel.

This cable was just as advertised, ie. an OEM cable actually made by Samsung, and it works perfectly, unlike some sold by others that are not what they purport to be. This vendor, "The OEM Shop" obviously know what they are doing, and they are doing it right.

Save your money. Item not as shown in photo or as represented. The small end was the wrong shape and size.

Needed to upgrade the mobile Windows and so having lost the original cable, I searched the web for the appropriate low cost replacement. Found this one on line, it was much cheaper than the retail unit, so I thought I would give it a try. Checked out SF Planet and they had a good rep. Bought it, upgraded SW and everything worked. Would definitely buy it again.

This is the first cable I've bought from this seller(A1 Accessories), but it was the THIRD cable I'd bought for my phone overall. I got all the drivers, but I never could get the other two I'd bought on eBay to work. Because I already had the drivers (Which you can get by downloading the Media Manager from the Verizon website), when I plugged this cord into my phone and computer, IT WORKED IMMEDIATELY. I could back up almost everything. It was great. The downside is that I couldn't back up my ringtones, but that is because the phone locks them. Nothing to do with the cable. But the upside is that I've learned how to put my own ringtones on my phone. And it's all thanks to this WORKING USB cable that I can do that. Thanks A1!

This works good. Its the same one from the box. I lost mine, so i had to get this and it works just as well.

This charger fits phone and works ok but the cord is a little shorter than the original one.
