I bought this laptop for my wife after doing quite a bit of research. I was considering spending up to US$800.00 and was definately looking to get the best bang for the buck. It came out to less than US$700,00 at Amazon. So far we're very pleased with our purchase.

The r key broke because it was put in wrong. I called Samsung customer service and they told me I have to pay for shipment, replacement and labor for their defective product! $250 repair for a poor product to begin with.
