This is the genuine article - sold at the T-mobile store for $19.95. I had previously used a cheap 3rd party brand of car charger. The cost in time and frustration and out of pocket, far outweighed the savings. This 3rd party product seemed to work fine except that it ruined the connector so that my a/c chargers no longer would work. I had to replace the phone. Since I didn't know my inferior 3rd party car charger was causing the problem I went through this whole cycle again. Lesson learned? Save time & money in long run with quality OEM parts!

The charger appears to be well made. It does not look like a cheap imitation. As far as performance goes, I've only used this charger a few times on one long road trip to charge a Samsung SGH-A707 cell phone battery, and so far had no problems with it. So with this limited usage it's hard to tell what the charger lifetime and reliability will be, but so far so good.

It was awhile before I used this product, but I can now say that it performed exactly as stated. I am completely satisfied.

Not much else to say except that it is indeed name brand for the phone (Cingular Sync) and charges well. Lots cheaper through Amazon than at the phone store.

I'm a huge fan of the Samsung A707 & we have 3 in our household...but only had 1 car charger. I got 2 of these for ~$3 each & they work great!

Works really good in my car. I had it for 2 weeks now and I don't have any problems with it. Good product.

At a fraction of the cost from the manufacturer and the cellular company I got a great charger that I leave in my vehicle for those times when I don't want to bring my phone in the house. Works flawlessly!

This charger is exactly like the original one I got with my phone. So much less than buying from the mobile phone store. Shipping was quick.

I bought this part because it specified it was an OEM peice... I confess I didn't care once I got it and found out that it worked... I've had to use it a couple of times, and it hasn't let me down yet (I've used it 3-4 times over the last 2 weeks). Works great with the Samsung Sync 707...

Of course it works, it is the Samsung OEM charger - built very well as would be expected.
