Samsung Extended Warranty Worthless, September 6, 2010

I purhased a Samsung DLP TV several years ago, and an extended warranty. My TV failed 2 months ago, and ever since then I have been trying to get them to honor their warranty. MANY phone calls, referrals to other people, ureturned calls, the complete runaround. If you do a google search on samsung warranty problems you will find HUNDREDS of complaints about Samsung warranty service.
DO NOT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM SAMSUNG. YOU WILL JUST WASTE YOUR MONEY.
