i ordered this to replace the battery in my Samsung A870.even though its a Sammy unit and was listed as compatible with my phone, all i got was amessage that said please use a compatible battery. sent back for refund

First it took 2 weeks to receive the original battery - which was TOO SMALL. Then they requested my battery's serial number, and said a new one was being sent. Ten days later, when no battery arrived they told me it must have been lost in the mail and would send ANOTHER replacement. When another ten days showed no battery, they said "Our supplier doesn't carry that battery." !! WHAT???
They'd been lieing the whole time. They finally agreed to refund my money.

Then they kept harassing me by email and phone, offering me a "Gift Card" so I wouldn't leave only one star. These people are a BLIGHT on Amazon's Marketplace system. How do I leave MINUS ten?

After reading reviews on a lot of batteries their seems to be a problem with them keeping a charge. This company was very willing to make sure I was happy with the batteries I recieved.

The batteries for the phone came in just as promised and even a day early. Service was great and will be ordering more.
