I am so annoyed at this product. I had read a review by who informed that it was so easy to swap a CD for a DVD burner. The hardware was easy! The software is totally unmanageble, do these people speak English in their manual? I am so disappointed with this product! Since instsalling this hardware all my computor does is crash, I found it difficult to find the drivers on the CD that was provided, I had to go to the web and update!
