Pleased with service
I am very pleased with this company... I ordered a charger for a friend of mine and the charger I recieved was defective. The company quickly responded by immediately shipping out a new charger - No questions asked! I was happy to hear that my friend recieved a new charger in the mail. Thank You Very Much!

Not as advertised
When I received the product, it is not the same as the picture shown. In addition, the light on the charger does not turn green once the phone is charged. I managed to find a Samsung original charger in an electronic junk yard and that one is working perfectly well. This one is a waste of money.
