You need to have a wireless access point on your network and have it configured correctly. The actual internet service you have doesn't have anything to do with the connectivity of this television. Check the TV's wifi specs and purchase a wireless access point (sometimes referred to as a router with a wireless radio) that is capable of transmitting a signal that is compatible with the TV's wireless card. If you are unsure how to do any of this, I'd recommend hiring someone to set it up for you.
