I am thinking if I need extended warranty if I buy the the Samsung (UN60H6350) TV. What type of default warranty do the TV come with? Jul 9, 2014
DON'T BUY A SAMSUNG EXTENDED WARRANTY!! I am currently on hold trying to get my 60 H tv repaired. I started the repair ticket in JUNE 2014 (5 months ago) and still am waiting for the repair. They continually confuse my manufacturer warranty (expired) with the extended warranty (still valid until 6/15). The repair ticket over and over again has said "no valid warranty" although when I call Samsung they tell me I have a valid warranty. This should've been an easy fix. As of 11/3/2014 I still have no repair. For fun, call Samsung's extended warranty number 18775247878 where they tell you to call the EXACT SAME NUMBER for help! The impression I get is Samsung is happy to sell you an extended warranty but they want to make it as difficult as possible for you to use it. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years. From my TVs and monitors to the hard drives in my computers. This warranty experience has been such a turn off that I want as little to do with Samsung as possible.
It's 33" x 12".
Yes it can. Swivels left and right so it's easily adjusted.
should I buy lag screws rather than using screws that come with the tv? Sounds like a few have had trouble with screws breaking or splitting. Dec 26, 2014
Personally, I didn't have any problems what so ever. Everything has been good for me
Does anyone know the VESA mounting dimensions for the 60" model? I know the 48" is 200mmx200mm but I need the 60" measurement. Thanks Jan 29, 2015
400mm x 400mm for the 60" & 65" of the 6350 model. I only looked up these two, other models may be different.
Ive seen 2 conflicting comments about the width of the stand, is it 26.5 In or 33 In ? Thank you JPD Dec 19, 2014
It is 26.5 inches from outside of one leg to the outside of the other; Front to back is 12 inches. I just now got the tape out and measured it. Hope this helps.
