Okay,
I'm not happy but I'm not un-happy... Pros- sound quality, easy connect and no big blinking light coming from your ear.. Cons- easy to loose, dont touch your ear cause your calling someone by mistake, not made for people with fat fingers You just got to get use to this tiny bug in your ear as my daughter says...

I purchased this bluetooth based on the size...after receiving it I can say the size is perfect. The price on Amazon was cheaper than the cost in stores. Another good thing is, it's completely interchangeable from left ear to right ear. However the sound quality not so much. About 50% of the time the caller on the other end complains of hearing a really loud noise but I hear no noise and I hear the caller just fine. Usually if I hang up and call back it's fine. If I hadn't purchased this item over the internet I would have returned it by now.

I bought this for my boyfriend. He was looking for the smallest Bluetooth. I did some research and came upon this product. I looked all around on the Internet and amazon has the cheapest price around. They always do.

The earcap supplied with the device does not fit in my ear, if I raise my head, it falls out. The Instruction sheet accompanying the WEP500 indicates that a different earpeice is available, but it is impossible to find where to purchase it.

This is my second WEP500 as the first died after several months and would not recharge. I like it because the sound quality is great, however, the people I call say there is a lot a ambient noise on their side. It's small and comfortable but tends to pop out unexpectantly. Bought this months ago. Have tried all this time to get used to the ill-placed button and terrible fit. I figured given enough time I would get used to it. Nope. Still works as well as it did new and it's going in the trash. save your bucks.
