After several weeks of using this bluetooth headset I am extremely happy with it. It is incredibly small and light. So small, and so light I quickly forget that I am wearing it. I was not optimistic about sound quality from such a small headset, but it has been very good. Incoming sound is clear and loud, and people I have spoken to using the headset have all said my voice is very clear, even in noisy environments. I have just purchased a set of Jabra ear gels, and my initial experiments using those with the WEP500 have made the experience even better. I can strongly recommend this product.

This is a great little BT earpiece. I previously used the WEP 200 and love this one. I would only remark that the multifunction button is too sensitive and should be reverted back to the WEP 200's function where you have to hold down the button to redial. As it is, a simple tap on the MF button redials the last number. Noise reduction wasn't as noticeable as I would have liked, but good enough.

The WEP500 worked and fit pretty well, but it was almost too small to handle. I would often hit the talk button accidently and it would start dialing. I ended up returning it for the model I had previously; the WEP200 - that one you have to press the button twice before it dials. The WEP200 is also shaped different and slightly larger so it's easier to handle with fewer accidental dials.

I like this product. Sound quality is very good. Just battery not holding more than 2 days.:( Have to charge every day.

This bluetooth headset, while small (as advertised) is too small to be practical. Even with the suggested Jabra earpiece jells, the device would not stay in place. Without a loop to help keep the device in place, it continually fell out of my ear, and without paying very close attention, the device would have been lost many times. It now sits unused and I don't recommend it.

This tiny earpiece is so awesome. The only problem is that if you have a larger inner ear, it is almost impossible to keep it from falling out. Probably would be nice if it came with the ear gels made by jabra. I gave it to my wife and she loves it.

The size of the device is excellent! Very convinient and the quality is great. The bad thing is that when you push the bluetooth device in your ear it's very easy to push the call button and call your last number or hang up on your current call....I have done both numerous times!

Samsung WEP500 Mini Bluetooth Headset Box seal was open when I received the headset. I proceeded to try it anyway. After fully charging headset I proceeded to go through the set up with my Samsug phone. It didn't work because the headset will not turn on. Bought through CCMaccessories via Amazon. Lets see how this return works out I would expect either a working headset or a complete refund
