WEP700 is a very well designed product. The biggest positives of this product is its DSP noise cancellation. It works as good as it is speced. Even in windy conditions the person on the other end of the line can hear me clearly.

In terms of its feasibility of usage over a longer period it is quiet good. Its pretty light weight and the ear peiece is very flexible and ergonomic in design.

With my previous sony ericsson bluetooth I had the issue of keeping the phone on the same side of my headset else it would give some distortion. While with this one there are no such issues. It gives a resonable talk time of around 6 hours which is good enough for me as I used it only while driving.

This product works great indoors as well as outdoors. It is clear on both ends. My only negative comment about the Samsung WEP700 is: the ear-loop doesn't fit tight enough, so, one has to adjust it on the ear throughout the day. This product is a winner...I recommend it IF YOU WANT A QUALITY bluetooth at a great low price.

Bought this for my wife to use as a result of the new CA laws. Solid performance - not the best sound quality that I've heard on a bluetooth headset, but very good. Paired with a 2G iphone. The price is right, the performance is good.

My husband has trouble hearing when there is a lot of background noise and this bluetooth does exactly what they say it does. It helps to reduce the background noise making it easier for him to hear. It is simple and easy to use. We bought 3 of them and are very pleased. Thanks Samsung for a really great product.

Not bad audio quality for price. Very uncomfortable to wear though. Can't wear more than half hour. Also, ear hook is flimsy.

Maybe your friends will put up with poor sound quality, but I need to use this for work, and can't afford to have a device that one minute sounds great, and the next sounds like I'm in a canyon. You get what you pay for, and it was only $20.00, so shame on me, I guess.

I've had no complaints from anyone I've talked to while using the WEP700, but I have had some issues in received sound and what appears to be distortion from signal dropout on my end while using it. I have it paired with an LG Voyager and it may well be and issue between the headset and the phone since I've not noticed any significant issues with sound quality using a dongle and my PC during the one or two times I've used the headset with Skype.

It seems rugged enough and very lightweight but I do have an issue with fit - the earpiece is a little too large in diameter to fit comfortably in the ear and although it seems to perform acceptably simply positioned against my ear it feels a bit strange and doesn't sound as good without a good seal.

All in all the battery life is excellent, charging times are fast and I get nearly 50 feet of range with my cell phone at home which is quite nice. I'd be disappointed if I'd paid the original retail of nearly $90 but at its current price of less than $30 it's a great deal.

I like the earpiece very much. I thought I'd try an inexpensive one to see how much I would like it. I don't think I'll switch to a more expensive piece. It has excellent sound quality, is compact, and it's easy to use. The only other thing is the earloop...it's a bit cheesy, but is very functional.
Overall, a great product for the price.

Y tried more than 20 bluetooth brands and models, but Samsung definitely has the best sound quality at all.
They designs and shapes are really good and the performance is great.

You do not have to pay a lot of money to achieve nearest the best sound quality in a blue tooth headset.

I purchased this bluetooth headset.
I like it a lot, i can hear everybody that is calling me very clear, it`s like there right in front of me.

People if you want to stay connected while driving, this samsung bluetooth headset is the answer for you.
