I am very comfortabe and pleased getting my needs through amazon.com. MY experience purchasing a cell phone battery was great and with all my honesty and fairness I would like to commend the Merchant for his customer service and care.

I couldn't be happier for ordering this battery for my phone. Instead of having to buy a new phone, I bought this new battery for it and it is PERFECT. I didn't even have to charge the battery when I got it in the mail... I popped it in my phone, didn't need to charge it for 2 days! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. :)

This is a very good battery, I am pleased with this product and recommend it to anyone, really great.

If this is the quality of this company's inventory, I would have no problem ordering from them again.

Labeled same as the original battery and lasts just as long, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

When I first ordered one of these batteries, and placed it in my phone, it was dead as dead could be. I plugged it into the charger, but every 10 to 20 seconds or so the phone would beep and kick out of the charging cycle. Left on the charger for three hours, the battery took no charge at all. Mind you, my old battery was going, I had three years on it, but it still would charge and not cause problems. I was using the standard Samsung 110v charger. So I returned the battery, and the vendor replaced it. Again, the newer battery would not charge. I took it off the phone and it read basically 0 volts on my Fluke multimeter. Something was wrong, but unlike most people, I wasn't ready to blame my phone or charger, and I didn't want to return a second battery. I used a pair of alligator clips to connect the battery to a 12 VDC lead-acid motorcycle battery, positive to positive, negative to negative, and I monitored the voltage real-time with my Fluke multi-meter. I maintained the connection until I read a voltage of about 3.0 VDC, which took about one and a half minutes. Immediately after removing the connection, I was able to read about 2.5 volts from the cell battery. I placed the battery in the phone, connected my charger, and the battery then completely charged over about 3 to 4 hours. Since, I've cycled the battery on my charger many times, with no problems. Why this happened this way, I can only hypothesize. My guess is that although the battery was new, it was in stock a very long time, and had absolutely no residual charge from when manufactured. My phone charger was not able to "wake it up" from dead, which is what I accomplished with my motorcycle battery, which pushed with much higher voltage than the phone charger would. I don't suggest that anyone try this, but I am pointing out that my first battery was also probably not bad, and many people may have run into this problem and thought it was the phone or charger, and bought a new phone or charger or both. I can't even recommend that you try this, unless you have the knowledge and skill level, as you risk a short circuit or severely overheating or even exploding the battery if you leave it connected too long. However, for me, it completely solved the problem and I've been using my phone now for over four months with this battery, and it delivers all the performance one would expect from a new normally functioning and charging battery.

I've been using this replacement battery for the last 2 months without any problem. I expect it to last for the next 4 years or until I get a new phone.

The battery was a direct replacement used in an older phone, and works as well as the original. No complaints.

I needed a spare battery for my Samsung and this works right out of the box with my Samsung X495.
