This humidor is beautiful and the seller's customer service was awesome. There was a slight problem with the humidifier part of the humidor and the company sent a new part in 2 days with no problems. Now it works and looks great!

This was a gift for my husband. He had one but it was small.
He loved this one, it's good quality, nice glossy finish, his favorite was the see through glass and the size of the humidor.

Overall, excellent product.

This box is huge so be prepare to have a good space to place this big box... It comes with no instructions what so ever... That's probably my main reason for the 3 stars... I had to do all my research in internet and youtube on how to setup this thing... Now that I know a little more about humidors I am beginnig to think that my hygrometer needs calibration because the humidity of the box was around 55% when it arrived and after setting it up I haven't being able to take it up to 70% yet (4 days have gone by). So, my conclusion is that this box should come with instructions so you know everything you have to do from the very beginning...

Part II: The hygrometer was recalibrated successfully, it was off by about 5 ticks... My other problem has being the humidor not sticking to the box itself... It has fallen many times over my cigars and it even has dripped over one of them... The sticky thing that is suppossed to hold the humidor to the box does not do it's job... I had to raplace it... I now I stock with a wet Cohiba... Rrrrrrrr

Ordered this and sent it to my house to fill with good cigars so when I get home, I can enjoy one of my favorite deployed pass-the-times. Wife loves how it looks and she said set up was easy. The hygrometer is off quite a bit and she says that it can't be adjusted, so we are just adding 20% to the reading. Cats seem to love the tassle on the key too much, so she is considering changing that.
