I got this as a sample at the Arnold Classic. It really worked great. It really controls your hunger. I wasn't hungry all day. I ate my 3 meals and 2 snacks and I was good with that. I would recommend it.

I lost 60 pounds in 6 months using this product. No diet plans or workouts. After losing 40 pounds, I FELT like walking, so I started. This product gets sold out at the stores, IF you can find a store to carry it. Buy it NOW and get an extra bottle to have on hand. I have heart disease, diabetes and poor health in general. However, I no longer have diabetes and am off ALL insulin. My blood sugar levels were around 500-600 [A1C 12]and now they are at 85-110. I repeart, NO more insulin! I FEEL better! I swear to you, all I did was use this product and NOW I have started watching more of what I eat. This stuff curbs your desire to eat or binge. I only eat bread and starches 1-2 tinmes a week because thats all I want to do....either I was going to die because I was overweight, the heart or the diabetes....I took a chance and used this product and had no ill side effects.

I'm a 6'0 200lbs guy and have used SAN products for years. I originally started with San Tight (original formula) years a go and went from 205 down to 165 (in my <5% body fat phase!) with proper eating and exercise of course. I now use the newest breed of Tight which is "Tight Extreme Reloaded".

Not needing fat loss so much I get these supplements more for the energy boost. This stuff kicks in within 30 minutes in the morning and boosts me almost through dinner time. No jitters, no crashing, no crazy shakes....just solid, perky, take on the world energy!! Just remember to try and eat small portions 4-6 times a day and this stuff compliments that lifestyle very well. I have tried so many energy/fat loss supplements and I have returned to SAN time and time again and will not stray again. It whoops Xenadrine, Hydroxycut, any Green Tea BS, or any other big name/big brand @ Wal-Mart or Target. Trust me...I have literally tried most of them as I struggle with good energy throughout the day.

Try it at least and give SAN a shot at replacing whatever gimmicky supplement you may have currently in your pantry. I take 2 pills a day but if you are less than 200lbs, they recommend just 1 a day, so this bottle goes pretty far for a decent price. Just remember a pill isn't going to make you skinny without combining the obvious things like better eating habits, plenty of water, good protein sources and of course exercise. Hope this helps!!
