This product, the SanDisk 256 MB MiniSD Memory Card, is 60% smaller than a standard SD (Secure Digital) memory card, which is one of today's leading memory card standards. It offers all of the benefits of its larger cousin, and stores 256 MB of data. That's an average capacity when compared to some of today's more spacious aftermarket memory cards, yet it is nevertheless one of the largest in the physically smaller MiniSD format.

The unit is intended for use with mobile phones but is compatible with any device that accepts the MiniSD format. Furthermore, the enclosed adapter converts the unit into a full size SD (Smart Drive) card, to be used with any of the growing number of SD compatible devices available in the market.
