I was startled at first that the box for the Gaming SD Memory card did not say "Nintendo approved" but this one has given no problems on our Nintendo Wii. The product page on amazon.com has "for Wii" but the package arrived only saying "SanDisk SD Memory Card." No problem. But I see on the nintendo.com web site that SanDisk is selling these memory cards packaged as "for Wii" and "Nintendo approved" (tested, etc).

I bought this product for the Wii game, but I did not realize that the console does not need it. Now, I am using the memery in a video camera, and it is great

Son is excited to save all of his progress on his Wii. Not sure what else to say in a review excepts it does what it is supposed to.

I really liked the SanDisk Wii Gaming SD Memory 1 GB because it had all the memory that I need (and more), and it wasn't too high of a price. I don't see anything wrong with it that would ruin its perfection.

Why not save a couple bucks (or $10) and get another Kingston or SanDisk 1 GB SD card?

I would recommend getting more than 1.0 GB if you really like to game...always good to buy extras too! (just in case).

It is very useful for transporting my save states to my friends' houses and enjoy the best scenario possible as how unlockables are available.

Great for downloading and storing games.

I got this for my son's Wii sytem and it works very well. Buy one for your Wii and keep the fun rolling.

I want to buy the SD card, but have a question and if someone knows the answer that would be great. I want to get the SD card so that I can store all of my downloaded Rock Band Music to it. It is a purchase from the Wii Store but was wondering if anyone knew if you can save the downloaded tracks to the SD card. Any answers to this would be great and would help me to purchase the item. Thank you.
