Amazon.com Product Description

SanDisk Secure Digital (SD) memory card packaging includes a new high-performance, nine-pin SD interface that enables data transfer rates of up to 10 MBps. New proprietary interface commands facilitate the secure exchange of content between host devices, such as PCs and music servers, and the card itself. The security level provided in the SD memory card has been designed to comply with current and projected Secure Digital Music Initiative (SDMI) portable device requirements.

Product Description

The SD Card is a highly secure stamp-sized flash memory card. Jointly developed by Matsushita Electronic (best known for its Panasonic brand name products), SanDisk and Toshiba, the SD Card weighs approximately two grams. The SD Card can be used in a variety of digital products; digital music players, cellular phones, handheld PCs (HPCs), digital cameras, digital video camcorders, smart phones, car navigation systems and electronic books.

1.0 out of 5 stars Shipping Rip-Off: Maybe not the seller's fault., August 23, 2008
This review is from: SanDisk SDSDB-64-A10 Secure Digital 64 MB (Personal Computers)
I ordered three of these very tiny discs from the same vendor. There was no way to bulk order, so I was charged 2.99 for shipping each disc.

The discs arrived in a single package. I assume this cost the vendor 2.99. So who pocketed the other 6 bucks that was charged to my VISA?

IS there any way to remedy this problem on Amazon ordering???

Please reply with suggestions so I can avoid this in future. What a rip off.

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: SanDisk SDSDB-64-A10 Secure Digital 64 MB (Personal Computers)
With so many extra Palm software titles available, most Palm units 8 megabytes and fewer don't seem to have enough memory.
The SanDisk 64 MB SD card for your PDA comes in handy as a place to store documents, programs, photos, and games you don't use daily but want nearby.
Just plug it into your memory slot and save over to the card. It's that easy. Also, you may want to consider a program like "Filez," (there are others) which will help you determine which files are on the card.

4.0 out of 5 stars Boost PDA Memory, August 3, 2002
This review is from: SanDisk SDSDB-64-A10 Secure Digital 64 MB (Personal Computers)
Two kids and a dog. I can't help but carry pictures of them to show them off. Photos take too much memory, so I purchased the card and put the photos on it as well as PDF files and reading materials. It's great not to clutter and slow down the PDA with these files that are housed on the card. Only complaint is that it's slow to load the items on the card.

Whenever I go to my photos, it takes longer to get them loaded than if they were on the PDA's memory. But, if the photos are in the PDA itself, then it uses up precious space.

I just used it with a card reader that I bought and the reader read the files quickly. It's small and lightweight -- easy for people to lose and misplace. But, I keep the card in except for when loading its data into the card reader.
