I just got my 2 gig card for my T-Mobile MDA phone. The card is great. Couldn't ask for more, especially since 2 gigs is the most being offered right now in mini SD format.

This is amazing!

I often get disappointed when I order something online site unseen. I tend to end up having technical problems.

Amazon shipped it to me promptly, I plugged it into my Motorola Q mobile phone. I have suddenly removed the need for an IPOD. This 2Gb card is the best value for money. I have a lot of space for moview, videos and songs.

I ordered the 2 GB minSD card through amazon.com with the free Super Saver shipping. I received the card very quickly - 2 or 3 days after I ordered it.

The card works great in my Verizon XV6700 Pocket PC/Smart phone. Reads and writes are very fast, and the 2 GB of space is perfect for mp3s, videos, etc.

I would recommend this product.

I've actually purchased two of these, one for my latest Napster downloads and one that I use for video that I've pulled from Tivo. Highly recommended card! (By the way, the reason that one of the reviewers had problems with the 2G card in Windows XP is most likely because his card reader doesn't support cards larger than 1G. I had the same problem with the card reader built into my PC where it asked me to format the card. I figured this was wrong, and so I picked up one of the newest USB multi-card readers. The new reader reads/writes/formats the card just fine for use either in Windows XP or in the 6700.)

What can I say, it works as advertised. I'm utilizing the unit in my Cingular/HTC 8125 PDA & it's making all the difference.

Thank you so much for providing a quality product. I had purchased a 1GB MiniSD SanDisk card from BestBuy for $75.00 and then looked online and found a 2GB MiniSD SanDisk card on Amazon for only $40!!! Nearly half the price for twice the spice.

I bought this to add memory to a Motorola Q smartphone.

The phone has enough memory for basic functions, but I wanted picture and music storage to better utilize the capabilities of the phone.

While the phone didn't specifically state it could accept the 2GB mini-SD; I just plugged it in and it has worked fine ever since.

I'm using this 2gb mini sd card in a Cingular 2125 and it works well.

Pros:

This card was recognized instantly in my Sprint PPC-6700 smart phone and speeds were good.

Nice capacity.


Cons:

As soon as I put it in my computer (Well... any of my computers), Windows would not recognize it and would ask for a format. Since the filesystem of the card is FAT16 a format in windows should have not been any problem, right?

WRONG!!!!

As soon as I formatted the card windows recognized it but my PPC-6700 did not. EVER!!! I tried different variations of FAT16 with different cluster sizes as well as FAT32. None of them worked. It seems that SanDisk does something to the filesystem on the card in the factory that windows xp takes away with the format. You might want to consider and research this before you buy this or any other card. At least to be used for a PPC6700.

Also, after reading numerous forums related to PDAs, I found way to many posts regarding data loss and corruption with this card and other 2GB cards. Just a warning.

In my experience their customer support was really bad... here is the SanDisk response to my request to RMA the card. So much for warranty.

I ordered my 2 gig card for my tmobile sidekick 3 and it works great with it. It holds near 500 songs and 61,000 small pictures. If you're thinking bout gettin it for your phone, do it. It's a great deal.
