This is a great little book if you want to cure yourself from the main illness or at least to understand the reason behind any illness.
I definitely recommend it to anyone. Keep next to your bed so it's always at hand. I would have liked more detailed information on why the illness appeared, though it's enough to have a basic understanding of it. This is a timeless book.
