This album is my favorite of Twila's. The music is serene and sincere--perfect for quiet spiritual moments. The words are deep, almost a Bible study in themselves. "Lamb of God," is a a presentation of the plan of salvation--so simple and beautiful. My favorite song on this album is "Keeper of the Door." Any christian should make this anthem the theme of their life--to be a servant to others and dwell in the presence of God. The whole album flows well and has a reverent feel--a pleasure to listen to--this one is definately a keeper!

This was the first CD of Twila Paris that I purchased. It was worth every penny. As time goes on, and I get closer to my Lord her words and her music inspire me to search for Him even more. I'll turn on the CD while I am doing housework, and sing along and praise Him,(we all know how exciting housework can be)it makes the work less tedious. Twila, with Gods intervention, really touched my heart with this CD.

"I am ready" is the best in this CD. It is a short and light ballad which brings listeners inside a music box that every child once owns. It's a very genuine plead longing to be free and to abide in God.

This album is perhaps one of her finest work. The music and lyric really ministers to the soul. Twila is a gifted singer/songwriter and this album is a must-buy! Praise God for her!

This is in my opinion Twila's best CD ever. If you will sit and do nothing but listen to the words, you will be lifted into the prescence of God. Keeper of the Door speaks of servanthood and fuels you to be a servant like the Master!

If you're looking for a CD to help you worship, meditate on Christ, sing along with, this is it!! An older but classic album! Highly recommend.

If you want to worship in the spirit, this CD will help bring you into the presence of the Lord. The words and music set the tone and invite the Holy Spirit. I only wish I could find these songs on a background tape or CD so I could use them to perform with at our church. I was only able to get "The Joy of The Lord" in an accompanyment CD. There wasn't one song I wouldn't like to have for use in performing myself. This is a CD you will play over and over again. I encourage you to listen for yourself.

Twila Paris is at her best in this project. Sanctuary is wonderful collection of music delivered as only Twila Paris can produce. Sanctuary is perfect for background music or incredible for serious reflection. I have never heard Twila any better then this.

This is Twila Paris' best work yet. If you listen to the songs with an open and expectant heart you will be lifted to heights you never imagined. The Spirit speaks through these songs. "Keeper of the Door" says it all for me. Thanks Twila, for the joy and hope your music brings.

I recently replaced this CD, my original one had gotten scratched. I was very pleased to be able to find this one again. It is so comfomting and uplifting. I first heard it while doing labor support for an expectant mother. She had brought it with her to the hospital as part of her relaxation and focusing music. I have never forgotten it and still view it as an important part of my worship.
