I gave this porduct as a birthday gift to a one year old; he loves playing with it. The craftsmanship is superior and the pump is durable; believe me the pump took a lot of beating throughout the summer but it still works well. I usually fill up the bucket with water and he enjoys pumping water into cups and bowls or whatever is handy at the moment. It is a great way to develop motor skills.

My son is 2 and loves this toy. His friends really enjoy it also. The only bad thing about it is the top doesn't stay on very good you have to hold it while they are pumping. Very sturdy.
