I purchased this brand new for use with a PSP (PlayStation Potable)for $14, $45 less than the MSRP. It has quite a bit of space for the price, I already have a full length movie on it and there is still 2GB left over. The movie playback was without any hint of hitches or slowdowns.

Other comments have mentioned that this memory card comes with an adapter, but I have just received my memory card and it DOES NOT come with an adapter. I can say however, that the memory card arrived very quickly. Unfortunately for me, it does me no good and I now have to pay to return the item and pay the restocking fee to EEK Technology. Live and learn
