The rack came completly assembled apart from screwing on two posts and attaching the arms to the top post. The bottom section is pre-assembled so dont worry. I thought I would be assembling the bottom umbrella holder and it looked difficult :whew:.

Product is sturdy and not wobbly.

A great value for a metal coat rack versus wooden ones whitch I have had break.

Nice sturdy coat rack. Looks great. Holds all of our coats. Doesnt tip or is flimsy. Love it. Would buy it again.

Sturdy rack, very easy to assemble. Took me literally five minutes. Very slight tilt to the middle bar at first, but with a re-screw it's fine. Well-centered and heavy, seems durable. Happy with my purchase.

WOW!!! Just got this coat rack in the mail, bottom was put together already. My 12 yr.old son put the rest together in maybe 10 mins!! It is a very handsome and functional piece of furniture. Nice sturdy base with lots of umbrella room. Very glad I made this purchase and would recommend this item if you have no where to put your coats!!

Wonderful coat rack for the price. I really wanted a hall tree, but didn't want to spend $500.00 for one. I bought this one for $55.00 and it is PERFECT. It is so functional and holds a lot of coats, bags etc. Very easy to assemble. I am VERY happy with this coat rack. I love it!!

Received last night and the instructions worked well for me. Assembled by myself and it came out great! I used a pair of pliers to insert the long screw into the umbrella stand half-way. Also, when you're screwing in the top part to the umbrella stand, insert gently and pay attention as you turn the pole so that you won't have a leaning pole when you're done. I had to re-screw it since I didn't look and it leaned a bit when I was done. It is strong and well-built and does NOT tip or lean over. You won't regret buying this for yourself or someone else. Hubby was impressed with my handiwork when he got home!!!

I purchased this product and when it got here it did not look as nice as it did in the on-line pictures. The welding was a bit chunky, and I wondered if there was enough welding at that to make it hold together thought the years.

It was easy enough to assemble, but once I got it assembled it leaned. I tried to make it work, but there was no way. I called the seller and they sent me a replacement part. That too, two weeks, and the replacement part was worse than the original. Another person reviewing this product said, "Very slight tilt to the middle bar at first, but with a re-screw it's fine. " I wonder as for me the tilt was more than slight. When you think of having it in your house for years to come as you might hope with a iron coat stand you you don't want to worry about always making sure that your heavier coats are on the opposite side of the tilt. You don't want to worry about it falling over because it is off center and you don't want to worry about it becoming more off center if you put a heavy coat on the wrong side, and you don't want to worry about the thing falling over on you toddler if he tries to get his coat down.

We are very happy with this coat/umbrella stand. Assembly was quick, easy and all the correct parts were sent. We began using it immediately and love it!!! Very functional!!!

Needed a coat rack/ umbrella stand to help control clutter in the living room. This one is very sturdy and holds numerous coats, handbags, and umbrellas of all sizes. The only problem I had was that 2 of the 4 screws included for assembly were stripped. I called amazon to request replacement screws and was told that I would need to return the entire item and a new one would be sent. I'd already put it together (the parts that I could) and I didn't have time for the aggravation. I went to the hardware store, but could not find screws that were the exact size/style. I bought screws that were kinda close, but did not screw in flush, so now 2 of the hooks are a little wobbly.

This is a nice looking coat rack. It did not assemble out of the box without me having to use a drill to enlarge the pole assembly hole. It does not tip because of the width of the base which is a big improvement over what I am replacing.
