Better color the disc yourself - horrid product support,

Initial product performance was pleasing. However, after a few discs the colors were faded and inaccurate. I followed the head test and the output was total trash. I then did the head clean as per manual. That did nothing to correct the problem despite multiple attempts to clean. I then followed manual and removed and hand cleaned the head. The results were identical.
At that point I attempted contact with Dymo support. That is becoming a non existant feature of all technology products. The person I chatted with was little more than a parrot - had no useful suggestions - save to allege that all Dymo products were as advertised. I did not ask why the company did not advertise this multiple hundred dollar device as a piece of trash. As I said - get out the crayons and color the disk yourself - in the end you have a better label; and you will have the dollars in your account. You will not be feeding a company that has zero concern for anyone who was fool enough to purchase this product.

just a note to let people know that printer is really bad...i should have gotten my money back two years ago..when i first called to complain to the company they helped to get the printer to work...but it has worked poorly since...they even sent a replacement which still did not work!!!i am still trying to get either of the TWO of them to work..please save your money..just sayin
