I received two sets of this dinnerware for Christmas. It is a great color combination especially if you have granite countertops.
I unpackaged one set and started loading them into the dishwasher for a pre-wash.
The plates won't fit. I have a newer, standard, Jennaire dishwasher and there is no way these dinner plates will fit. They are square so are larger than normal.
The square size doesn't allow for nesting them into the bottom shelf on the dishwasher. So...buyer beware. Gorgeous dishes but you will have to wash them in the sink.

This dinnerware has inspired me to pit myself against the iron chefs.
The simplest ingredients artfully arranged, amazed me and my guests. the finish is spectacular. I have found that the dishes wash beautifully in the dishwasher, and so far are not as prone as other dishes of their type to chipping.
I simply love them.
Also found delivery timely and packaging with maximized safety in mind

Beautiful But Beware! I raised my children with the same set of dishes that we had for years and not one chip or crack. Now that we are older I wanted something with more style. When I saw these, I fell in love.......however, they are beautiful but made horribly. I also do not think they are dishwasher and microwave safe like they claim. I have only had them for a short time and I can't even tell you how many chips and cracks there are. I've even had a cup in my hand and the handle broke right off and the cup fell to the floor. I'm so glad that didn't happen to a guest! I have contacted the company that made them (A FEW TIMES) to find out if I just happened to purchase a couple of bad sets.... And absolutely no response. Amazon is a fantastic company to order from and wish I would have purchased the dishes from them, because they honor their sales but unfortunately I didn't. Oh well, live and learn. My next sets will be coming from Amazon!!!

There is some strange mix-up with the picture and price here on Amazon but I ended up getting what I really wanted anyway.

These plates are stunning works of art! I was really going to buy a set and put some of them on display but what the hell, i'll eat off of them too. That is what they're for right? They are hand crafted so no two will have identical in color schemes or even the shape for that matter. They my give you pause when you put the "dinner" plates in the dishwasher because those particular plates are a bit larger than you might expect. But they'll get clean regardless.

When it's all said and done, you will absolutely adore these dishes! I certainly do so I will post some pictures for those on the fence about buying these.

I had saw this set in a store and marveled at the beauty of the dishes. There is a high gloss to the dishes which enhances the beauty of the set. The plates are oversized and unique. The brown earth tones goes perfectly with my decor. People notice the set when I place them on the island as a place setting. I am very satified with my purchase and I love shopping at Amazon.com.

They are a little more green that the photo showed, but they are beautiful and well crafted. I love having them in my home.

I was a little nervous buying these dishes after reading the review on here that says they won't fit in someone's dishwasher.. so the first thing I did when I got home was put them in. Well, they all fit. They are definitely larger than my old dishes so I can't wash as much at the same time, but they did fit, which is ok... but then I tried them in the microwave, and that's where I hit trouble. The big plates will fit in the microwave, but my microwave has a rotating platform to cook the food evenly, and as the plate starts to rotate, it gets jammed inside and stops turning. These are beautiful dishes and they feel sturdy, but I'll probably end up returning them. :-(

I got 2 sets of these dishes. I love how they look, but will be returning them based on their quality. One plate chipped almost right away, and almost all of the large plates in both sets and a few of the small plates are really wobbly. They loudly bang back and forth on the table whenever you cut something on them, and place mats don't make it much better.

As for the size, they are large, but fit in my dishwasher and cabinets. They fit in my microwave, but I have to turn the turntable off because if they rotate they hit the microwave door.

2011 Christmas present for our son and his wife. We bought 2 boxes from Target online. When they arrived one piece in each box was broken...of course. We made one good set out of what was left and sent the broken box back, at our expense. Target was on back order, great...then I found them on Amazon. Should have looked there first. The box arrived, packaged more securely than the Target shipment and no broken pieces. Shop Amazon first.

I am thoroughly enjoying my new set of dishes. I read other reviews before ordering and agree that the plates and bowls are very large but that hasn't been a negative for me.
