First item arrived with butter dish cover broken.
Replacement arrived with salt shaker broken, and with chip in butter dish cover.

I recieved this set first and it was broken. I sent it back for an exchange and recieved another one- scratched. But aside from the shipping, I really like the set, they are cute and the butter dish is just a little smaller than an 8 oz stick, but fits the 4 oz ones well. the products themselves are really nice, just be careful about the packing!

I have the Sango Nova dishware and purchased the butter dish, salt and pepper set. They came (January and cold) looked fine. As I took them out and set them on the counter, our whole family turned and stared as we heard high pitched "pings" coming from the butter dish. We stood and stared for about 15 minutes as we watched it continue to make a pinging sound and proceed to crack in half. It got returned. I got another set and it seems fine so far!

The first set I received had a broken butter dish. I have almost the complete set of dishware and bakeware in the Sango Blue. So far only the lasagna dish and butter dish have arrived broken or chipped. Unfortunately, a couple of items I have added to my collection as of late have had minor defects. The casserole dish I received had scratches in the color glaze under the finish. The lasagna dish arrived with a small chip on the corner that I missed when unpacking. Upon receiving my second hostess set I am content with the item. The holes are a little off center on the salt and pepper shakers, but it lends a feel of being hand crafted to them. I think if I had not had the dishware set for over a year and really enjoyed it, I would not be so forgiving with the latest items I received.

It's a very nice set, I love it, except the butter dish is HUGE and the top is to oversized for the bottom, so it doesn't match well with the bottom

I love how big the salt and pepper shakers are and the holes in the top are large. The butter dish is a good size too. I like how the top fits down inside the bottom. It is easy to grab out of the frig without feeling like the top might fall off or you might drop it. Great items!!

Since I moved into a new place I decided on a blue and yellow theme for my kitchen. This set of Nova Blue stuff is a great accent. I also bought the spoon rest. I plan on buying the rest in time.

I was worried that the stuff might break during shipping but it was individuall wrapped and then taped in bubble wrap and then set inside a box and cushioned with more bubble wrap. It arrived perfectly.

Received in perfect order - was not damanged during shipping. Love the design and color

This cute set works well with the rest esthetically but the quality of the butter holder is not good. I understand stoneware is not perfect, however when a piece doesn't work well it should not be pushed to the consumer. Poor quality, the butter dish cover doesn't close well.
