I bought these shoes and wore them occasionally over the course of a year. About 1.5 years into owning them, with no visible signs of wear and tear, the inside seam on the right shoe tore open. I contacted Sanita who quickly responded that the shoes were not covered by the warranty because they were purchased over a year prior, no matter the amount of wear and tear. I was able to take them to a shoe repair and get them fixed for about $10, but it was a pain. Now, the other side of the same shoe has split. So, back to the shoe repair guy!

One other thing to note is that after my shoes split, I started noticing that other people were having the same issue.

Will I buy another pair NO. Will I repair these until totally break. Too bad. They had so much potential.

I love, love, love these shoes! They are my new favorite shoes. Excellent arch support, improved posture, wonderful shoes! They are worth the money, every penny.

I wore this show for the first time yesterday. At first the shoe rubbed the top of my foot by my toes, but once I broke them in throughout the day the pain was gone. These shoes are made great and have a lot of support. I wear custom orthodics, but I don't have to with this shoe. I have hip pain from over pronating and did not have a problem with this shoe. I'll update if things change with time. I wear a size nine and these were true to fit.

Comfy shoes with a great high arch. I have plantar fasciitis and don't need to wear my orthodics with these shoes. The top of the shoe is a little tight, where the curve of the cover goes over the toes/top of the arch area so you really need to either stretch them or break them in slowly. Not for people with thick feet (but they are accomodating for wide feet) unless you stretch them. Cute shoes with pants or skirts, and you don't need to unbuckle to slip the shoes on and off.

Get a 1/2 size up - my toes touched when I got the size I normally get with this designer.

I love these shoes, they look fantastic and are great for casual or more formal. However, they are pretty heavy and are really prone to rolling. Hence, I sprained my ankle really badly the first time I wore them and was in horrible pain for over a month. You can not walk with these shoes on uneven surfaces such as gravel. They are great for walking around town or at work though. I have arch problems with my feet and these are fantastic and give me no foot pain even after I've worn them for a long time. I love the marry jane look, it is way cuter than most of the clogs like this I've seen. Just be careful when you first wear them!

As with all Sanitas, they had to be broken in over about 2 weeks. But once they are, they are awesome! I have gotten many compliments on them, as well.

I actually thought I was buying Dansko's named Sanita so I was surprised when they arrived and I didn't see the Dansko name anywhere. That said, I am happy with them. They were a whole lot less expensive than the Danskos and they look exactly like them. I had these on when I saw the same Dansko ones in the store and they really are identical and these are very comfortable and have the arch support I need. The color is great. So, all in all, it's a good buy especially if you don't want to pay the extra 70 or so bucks for the Danskos.

This is the second pair of these shoes that I bought. I am a nurse who works 10 hours a day and once you break them in, they are perfect. I also have flat feet so it is hard to find shoes that still feel good after 10 hours. Also, I am constantly getting compliments on how cute they are!

Love the shoes! Very comfortable and do great for standing on a concrete floor for long hours.
