More than simply San Remo 1968..., June 18, 2007

I gave to this CD the qualification of "5 stars" because it is a very unusual combination of an excellent group of songs of Roberto Carlos. It has been very difficult to find it but worth the effort and money (about USD 25). The title of this CD is not exact because there is only one song of San Remo 1968 Festival, "Canzone per te", the song that won that Festival.The others are not very well known songs except for "Un gatto nel blu" (that participated of XXII San Remo Festival in 1972), "Maria, carnaval e cinzas" and "Eu daria mihna vida" (composed by the singer Martinha by 1971).Anyway, the rest of songs are very nice as well. For all who like Roberto Carlos music this CD is a must. The sound is perfect (original). Strongly recommended.
