We were not planning on buying another TV any time soon.
2 years ago we purchased a 42inch Sony flat screen TV, was over $1300 on sale when we purchased it.
Its a nice TV and we really enjoy it in our living room. But when we saw this Sansui TV on sale at a local store for under $400 we had to pick it up for an additional TV in our computer room to replace an older tube TV.
The picture is very clear. The sound is actually better than our Sony.
The remote control is very easy to understand and work, and the channels come up very fast. There doesnt seem to be a delay.
Its hard to tell in the picture of the but the bottom of the TV is actually silver, I like it, but if you are looking for an all black TV this wont work.

I JUST BOUGHT THIS TV FOR MY BEDROOM. WHAT A PICTURE. IT IS THE BEST PICTURE I HAVE SEEN ON ANY SET. I WISH IT CAME BIGGER IN A 50 INCH I WOULD BUY MORE! THE SOUND IS GREAT ALSO. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW VIVID THE COLORS ARE. SANSUI ROCKS. THEY ARE JUST COMING BACK INTO THE MARKET WITH LCD'S. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TV WITHOUT QUESTION. YOU WILL BE QUITE AMAZED!

This has been a great purchase for us. We've never had any trouble with it. The sound is good and the picture quality is fabulous. It's like being at the movies in the comfort of our own home.
