I always wanted a small longboard, to be easy to carry on. So I was looking for a sector 9s, when someday I saw this awesome board in a store.
I looked up for it on the internet, and found it on Amazon, and for an excellent price! So I bought it! And do not regret my choice. It's a awesome board! Very, very fast, resistant, awesome to skateboarding! And besides is very pretty, and everybody looks and asked me what board is this.
If you are looking for a small, fast and beautiful board, this is a great choice!

This board is really fun. It runs smooth on just about any surface. On concrete it is so smooth and quiet that you can barely hear it.

This is a truly beautifully done skateboard. My son just loves it. He still washes the wheels off after riding it to keep it looking nice. To me, this is what a skateboard is supposed to be; the length and width, the trucks and wheels are perfect. Very similar to my old original Santa Cruz that I bought new in '78--only prettier!

Am a "newby" to skateboarding - got this board to go skating with my son. Its great! Very smooth ride, picks up speed fast. Wheels are wide & soft & great for riding pavements & street (I don't go flying off it if I hit a pebble or something on the road). Doesn't make a huge amount of noise when riding either, which is good as no-one is alerted to the "gumby" parent attempting to learn to skate! :)
Son likes it too. Nice colours & design. Would thoroughly recommend!!

Beautiful, great speed, flexible, classic! For those who did skateboarding during the 80's, it will bring you an additional satisfaction

I use this to ride around my university campus, really speeds up getting to and from classes. Board is well made, and can get pretty fast. It is a beautiful looking board, the white grip tape does get some dirt obviously but it still looks cool as heck even dirty. The tail is very small so its hard to do ollies and such, but I just got it to cruise around and for that it is perfect. Also it is kinda small so its easy to carry when you're not riding. Definitely recommend.

Had my Land Shark for 6 months, so now I can give it a fair shake. I used to skate back in the 80's when Tony Hawk was emerging. Actually met him once. My board back then was quiet, but the current typical boards are thinner with hard wheels that make a commotion when riding through a quiet neighborhood.

Enter, the Santa Cruz Land Shark which has softer wheels so I can roll through my condo complex without waking up the neighbors. The ball bearings aren't high end but I'd consider mid-range and better than any you'll find in the big box stores. It's compact enough to easily fit in my trunk. It's not for tricks nor is it meant for high speed. The compact nature means you aren't going to have as much control at higher speeds so I wouldn't recommend for any downhill skateboarding you see on YouTube. I'd say it's best for flat or slight inclines for speeds less than 15 mph.

Only con I have is the white grip table gets dirty quick. Overall, I recommend for leasure and light cruising.

this skateboard is a novelty piece..its a conversation piece ...its not meant for bombing hills and thrashing pools! can you? yes a real skater can skate anything! however this is a true cruiser for the boardwalk and around your neighborhood...i have serious boards for serious skating...i like the the surf board look which is comical its fun to pull it out from the back of car and do a couple of laps in the parking lot while my wife shops for groceries..i like it alot if u looking for pure fun and not something for u to train to be an x games hero ..this is it! IT IS FUN END OF STORY!

This is an exellent product!! I bought it for my son and he is extremly happy because this longboard is fast, nice and very cool.

Great little board here. Trucks were not plastic like what was mentioned in another post. everything about it is great, the only thing that I am not looking forward to is the fact the grip top is all white so yea dirty shoes will mark it all up but other than that, its a great board. It's perfect size to carry around to classes/work etc. It even has a bottle opener under the front trucks. For the 21 and up crowd of course :P. I can see that the wheels and bearings might be the first things to go in the future but it is not worrying me anytime soon. Great board to buy and I recommend it.
