I found this book years ago and started the 'Santa Mouse' tradition with my young son (at the time). Every Christmas I would put a small present or two in the Christmas tree from Santa Mouse. He LOVED IT!! My sister now does this with her kids (I bought them this book as well) and I just bought it for my Great Nephew so they can start the tradition!!!!!

This was a favorite family Christmas story when my children were little. Now that they are becoming parents, I was delighted to locate copies of this book to share with my children and grandchildren. I hope the story brings back many fond memories of Christmas past and makes many dear memories in the years to come.

I got this book for my granddaughter as a gift following her performance as a mouse in "The Nutcracker". We all enjoyed reading the book together. Wonderful story and great illustrations!

The children in my classroom and my story hour love it. We make a mouse with felt and a candy cane. I even have a sweatshirt that says "Santa Mouse."

The original copyright for Santa Mouse is 1966, but don't let that turn you away. Parents will love to read this book just as much as the kids will love to hear it, and that's the key to a perfect children's book!

Santa Mouse is a classic that will continue to be read to children for many years to come. The story is adorable and the rhyming pattern is fun and easy to read. I look forward to getting this book out every year in December as we get ready for our own visit from Santa Claus. Maybe this year we'll leave a piece of cheese beneath the tree in case he brings along his special, tiny friend.

This book is great. I loved it when I was a little girl; I fondly remember reading it on my fathers lap Christmas Eve. And now I read it to my children. We place a piece of cheese next to the Santa plate filled with cookies and milk; my children imagine the happiness that Santa Mouse will have from our little gift.

Our family loves this book! As a Christmas Eve tradition, we read this book every year and leave a piece of cheese under the tree for Santa Mouse. This is a must-have for any family with young children!

"Santa Mouse, Where Are You" was my favorite Christmas book as a child. When I went to buy it for my kids, I found this one, which tells how Santa Mouse came to be Santa's helper. Together, these are my all-time favorite Christmas books and I hope my kids pass them on to their kids.
