My wife is on oxygen and this oximeter really helps in checking her Oxygen level. We compared against the doctor expensive one and it was always right. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a reasonably priced oximeter.

Bought this for nursing school and it's awesome. It works fast and gives an accurate reading. Now I don't have to hunt down the one that 10 students were all using. Thanks for the great deal :)

I ordered this oximeter for my mother who is on oxygen and likes to monitor her O2 sat often. I have a larger one at work I often bring home to monitor her sats. I like the fact that she can put it in her purse or pocket and it not being too bulky.
Works great.

I ordered this product 9/3 and had it in my hands 9/6. It worked well for a month and matched the info on hospital equipment - so it's reliability is excellent. Then, on 10/4, for some odd reason, it ceased working, giving me an error message not in the manual. I called their customer service, left a message, and also emailed them. I heard back within two hours and received a replacement at no cost to me on 10/6 - a Saturday morning. I was speechless. Not only is this a tremendous, accurate medical device for a very reasonable price, their customer service is the best I have experienced on Amazon. Ever. I recommend it highly and will certainly consider their other products as my need arises. I also recommend them as an A++ seller on Amazon. They don't get much better.

I took this along to my pulmonologist appt. and it exactly matched the reading we got from the more expensive oximeter used in the office. So I totally trust its accuracy.

I like the size, the lanyard included in the package, and the fact that it runs on AAA batteries -- no worries about having to track down some off the wall size or shape. It just works, perfectly, every time.

I'm very pleased with this, and the price is also excellent for the quality. If you need an oximeter, this would be a good choice.

After recently experiencing heart problems, keeping track of my oxygen level became very important. This meter works very well, showing both oxygen level and pulse. I use it every day! Thanks for a wonderful product.

I bought this after I gave up looking for my misplaced Nonin Go2 oximeter, since it cost a little less than buying another Nonin. Of course, a couple days after I got this, I found my old Nonin. I mainly use these for monitoring oxygen/pulse for buteyko exercises, and as a less cumbersome complement to my Polar monitor for PACE and treadmill workouts.

This Santamedical oximeter gets a thumbs up with no reservations from me. Side-by-side comparisons with my Go2 give virtually the same oxygen and pulse readings (both provide similar results to my Polar chest band). Santamedical's bright red digital display is easier to read than my Go2's gray on a slightly lit background, especially in low light. The trade-off is that Santamedical uses two AAA batteries and drains them more quickly, while Go2 uses a single AAA which lasts for a somewhat longer period. Both products are of similar size; the Go2 is a little more seamlessly and solidly built and is slightly smaller and more streamlined, but the advantage is minor. The Santamedical device also takes slightly longer than the Go2 to calculate and display its readings, but again, not enough of a difference to matter (to me, at least).

All in all, this Santamedical oximeter is accurate, convenient, and easy to read. It's up front costs are less than the Nonin Go2, but the Go2 uses only one battery which needs replacing less often, seems a little more solidly built, and is slightly quicker at calculating and displaying results. You can't go wrong with either. I have both and use both of them.

This Oximeter is exactly what I needed and and the right price. Nice lanyard and is very easy to read. Readings appear to be in realtime and change while it's on you finger.

Oximeter is easy to use and read. Compared its readings several times with other meters including professional desktop console meters and the readings were consistently within +/- 1% which is great. I also like the automatic shutoff feature. An excellent buy!

In my pulmonary rehab program, the nurses check on my pulse ox while I am exercising. I purchased this so that if I am using a gym (or doing home exercises) I can keep track on my own. It is not for continuous wear, just for an occasional check. I did compare the readout with one at the program, and this one seemed to be reading a little high so I am still careful when using it, but it is close enough that it works for my purposes.
