Great alternative if you don't want to drop $30+ for the Elf on the Shelf product. In addition, this plush elf is better than the Elf that comes with the Elf on the Shelf. My sons received this package from Santa in the North Pole. Inserted in the package was a letter created by my husband and I describing the elf's magical powers and that the elf is in direct contact with Santa. The elf magically moves around the house daily. My 2 year old has found the elf before his older brother at times. The elf is not fool proof. My boys still act out every once in awhile. This is a great Christmas tradition.

After seeing the "Elf on a Shelf" advertised on the news one night, I looked it up online. Over $30!! So, I Googled Elfs and this one came up. I ordered it and could not be more pleased!! This little guy is precious and he was perfect for our "elf" visits this Christmas when our grandchildren spent the night. He is soft and a perfect size for your own little elves. I'm ordering more for next year to give my friends with children so they can have fun playing as well.

Shipping was extremely fast and packing was excellent. A+ seller. Will definitely do business again with this company.

My kids loved our ELF! I decided to purchase this Elf rather then Elf on the Shelf because of the price tag - and I was completely satisfied! Our "Elf Fin" arrived within a few days and he was a huge hit! Everyday we would move him to different locations and hide him for the kids to find. The kids loved it - and they had a "physical" reminder that "Santa is always watching"!

This was an elf sent from Santa for my son. His entire class were to receive an elf per their teacher. He was thrilled with the elf and tries to take him everywhere with him. He likes the elf so much that we felt bad about "sending the elf back to help Santa.". So elfie, as my son named him is staying in our house. The elf is durable. My son has dragged him all over the county and country. At this point elfie needs a bath stat! Elfie has stood up to the wear and tear a six year old only knows how to administer. The elf was a good purchase.

Purchased 3 of the elves for grandchildren & grandma's house. We had fun with these durable, well-made elves! I would recommend them highly & purchase more when the opportunity comes up.

This stuffed elf is adorable! I ordered 3 of them - one for each of my children and they were thrilled to wake up and get their "Secret" magical elves! This new craze about Secret Elves and what they have the magical powers to do - move during the night, leave small gifts when they return from Christmas Town each night, leave notes of encouragement, or just simply notes to get their rooms clean - has really added alot of fun around our home! I'm getting more help around the house now than I ever have! Love, love, love these elves!!!!

I found a fun poem about a visiting elf from Santa who watched for great behavior and moved during the night to new hiding places throughout the house. I looked everywhere for the perfect elf to purchase for this role, but he was not to be found in any store. Then I accidently found him on line. My grandbabies and I had so much fun with this toy. However, he left with Santa on Christmas night so we are looking for him to visit next year. The perfect elf.

I ordered both a boy and girl elf. They are even more adorable than the picture and are a little bigger than I expected. The turn-around time between placing my order and receiving it was lightening speed! We're looking forward to some Christmas fun with our magical mischief-making elves.

my daughter wanted the elf on a shelf this year after hearing all her friends talk about it... I didn't want to spend $35 on the "original" one, so I saw this as an alternate. He still moved each night so he was still able to report to Santa as the other. Satisfied my daughter.

I purchased this elf to use as a "elf on the shelf" at Christmas time! My son loved it! It's much cuter than the original "elf on the shelf"!! :)
