I spent about 20 minutes looking at this book at an Assouline store.
Compared to Alexander Tzonis's "Santiago Calatrava: Complete Works", which is the definitive book on the subject, this is not as comprehensive, as it's missing some minor works and overall does not have as many photos of all the works.
There are about a total of 25 photos that are both remarkable and that I have not seen in Tzonis's book, in particular of the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia, and several of his sculptures. It's certainly worth a look at those photos alone.
The first 50 or so pages covers other artworks that supposedly influenced Calatrava, but I did not find those very interesting.
