I was looking for a mount for a 32 inch Westinghouse LCD TV high up on a wall in our bedroom. One main concern I had was I wanted a mount that would allow me to mount directly into a stud for maximum support. Since this unit has just two mounting holes one above the other this worked out great. Other units have four mounting holes and therefore the screws would have been on either side of the stud into the plaster wall or two in the stud and two into the plaster, not quite as ideal. This unit came with easy instructions, large size lag bolts for mounting to the wall and is well constructed, etc. Took only an hour to mount. The unit has one drawback, that is the gimble (rounded mount for tilting) on the back of the mounting plate. It had a difficult time supporting this large of a TV and is pushing the maximum limit on size and weight as the gimble screw had to be tightened very tight to keep the TV from tipping down all the time. I did not plan to move the TV once mounted so I was able to really tighten up this screw but at the time I was affaid I would strip the screw or crack the mount but so far no problem. If you are considering moving the TV once mounted and it is large like the one I mounted then I would suggest a differnt unit as it will keep tipping down. I would recommend buying this mount but watch the TV size and weight.

Installed with a Sharp Aquos 32" with built in Blu-ray player (about 30lbs total weight). Unfortunately the LCD tilts/slightly rotates to the right, the heavier side of the LCD due to the Blu-ray player's slightly extra weight on the right side. The set screw/bolt is designed to hold the LCD at a certain rotational position. The set screw/bolt does not produce enough compression or friction to overcome the extra weight of the Blu-ray and hold the LCD at a zero degree position. I'm considering adding extra weight to better balance the weight distribution. Otherwise, the overall device installed with minor effort. Considerable torque at fully extended position. Must be mounted to a stud or concrete wall for adequate anchoring. I would have concerns with a heavier TV over time. I researched dozens of mounting devices before purchasing this device. I have specified dozens of wall mount devices for much heavier monitors over the past few years, and this company makes some of the better mounts for the price level.

This wall mount is excellent. We only mounted a 19" LCD on it so i can't speak to how it would work with a larger TV. But it is rock solid, locks into place in many different positions, folds up against the wall for a small footprint, and has full range of motion for tilting the TV or viewing it from different angles. It was very easy to install although the instructions could be better. The price at Amazon was half of the price at Best Buy, so we felt like it was also a pretty good deal.

This product is perfect for those who are watching their budget yet still have money for a flat screen TV. The construction is sound and the tilt/swivel feature is awesome. This is holding my 32" Sony flat screen and not a single problem with installation or otherwise.

After looking at many types of mounts I decided on the Sanus MF215-B1 wall mount.
Upon it's arrival I was not disappointed!
This mount is better than expected. It has two different mounting brackets to accomadate different TVs. The bearing points on the mount are heavy duty and well engineered. The instructions are complete and understandable.
This mount was used for a 26" LCD TV.
I highly recommend this mount.

The Sanus MF215-B1 is an excellent mount for my 22" Samsung LCD TV. Installation was easy and the method of aligning the mounted TV makes it forgiving if you slightly miss vertical installation. I very much like the three degrees of movement permitted, allowing the TV to be pointed exactly where it is needed. I have it in our exercise area, so slight adjustments are often needed. I do think that use on a large TV, up to 37" might be too heavy, but for my 22", it is perfect. The price at Best Buy was $80 more, so Amazon shopping is the way to go.

The Sanus MF215-B1 full motion wall mount bracket allows installation under a wall cabinet. Because mounting brackets require that the tv be lifted above the bracket to connect the wall and tv segments of the bracket it is not possible to mount a tv close to the underside of a wall cabinet unless the swingarm extends beyond the face of the cabinet. With a 14-1/2" swingarm, the MF215-B1 fills the bill. I mounted my 32" Vizio within 1/8" of the cabinet bottom allowing for full swingarm motion (tilt not required at that level) and enabling placement of a dvd player on the countertop under the tv. This saves countertop space and makes for an attractive installation.

If you own a Samsung LED tv, mine was a 32in, Sanus did not include the correct screws for it. It requires 4 M8x25mm screws which the only M8 that was included was a M8x30mm which is too long, will not work. Called Sanus and they said this is a common issue with newer Samsung models, you'll need to buy the M8x25 screws at a hardware store or Sanus will mail you some. You need to go to a good hardware store(wide selection, check out Acehardware(commercial/industrial type store) and they will have them.

Another warning, the instructions for puttin in the the screw in to the pivot tells you to put the bolt at the bottom and cover at the same time, don't do it yet! you need to hold the tiny bolt while screwing in the screw from top.

Took me a long time to find a hardware store that would carry the screws. Once the correct screws and the pivot screw method was taken care of, the mount works beautifully. Be Warned!

I use this at my desk to wall mount my 32" t.v in front of it. I had bought another wall mount that worked well but lacked the full motion i desired mainly the ability to rotate my monitor 90 degrees to portrait mode which is the one thing my missed from my old 24" monitor. This lets you move it which ever way you desire you can rotate it a full 360 degress around and have tilt movement as well as nearly a full 180 movement to the sides great wall mount only thing they could do now is to make a wall mount that lets you adjust height up or down.

Once mounted the TV slipped down and tilted. The plastic and metal parts did not provide enough friction to support the TV, no matter how much we tightened it. This was solved by inserting large fitted rubber washers into the 2 joints. Now it works fine.
