I have pretty bad nasal allergies, so when I found about pulsatile nasal irrigation, I knew it was something I should try. I got the Grossan, but it started leaking after the 3rd time I used it, so I had to return it. If you read the reviews for that product, you'll see I'm not the only one who had problems with it.

I was looking around for an alternative and found the Sanvic. I noticed that one of the previous reviewers complained that the water pressure isn't as good. I don't really need that much pressure, so this is not an issue for me. But it is true that the highest setting on the Sanvic would only be about medium on the Grossan, so if you do need a lot of pressure, that is something to consider.

So far, the Sanvic works great. I've only had it for a month, but I use it at least once, sometimes twice a day, especially now that spring allergy season has started. Using it is easy and fuss-free. I suppose only time will tell how durable it is, but so far, so good.

It really feels great that you can feel something gets pulled/pushed out from the inside of your nose; and seeing the yellow mucus gets flushing down the sink along with the warm saline water made me feel very achieving! My nose was totally unplugged after the irrigation and the delight to breath fresh again was just wonderful. The water pulse is very comfortable. Also as a product designer, I have to say unlike many health care devices, the manufacturer really put a great effort into the design and the manufacturing quality of the machine.
