This is a great deal. You get 3 vac's in one and besides it's a Sanyo. You can go wrong with Sanyo.

Yes, the bags are small. They aren't difficult to find at least in my area. The suction is great as I use the crevice tool to pick up golden retriever fur along the baseboards. It also effectively takes cat hair off of my living room furniture. I wish the hose were longer. If you like gadgets and light weight portablity it's fine.

I've used all kinds of vacuums for decades so I know a bit about them. This one is high maintenance - you have to get bags and filters, frequently. Availability of accessories is limited to Internet and authorized dealers. Works fine on bare floors but doesn't do much for deeper pile carpet. Plus side - light weight and compact design. Very good for bare floors and thin carpet but not for anything else. Useful for light clean up.

My mother has owned 2 of these over the last several years and I loved her's so much that I bought one for myself. I love it. I am a busy mom of 3 with a toddler and 2 dogs thrown in the mix. My floors are crazy dirty all of the time! With this vacuum I can actually keep up with it all. It is great for the stairs too. The only drawback is that it is not bagless. Buying the bags can get old fast.

I love this vacuum. I had one for about 5 years before it broke due to my carelessness. I decided to buy a cheaper vacuum (Bissell Feather Weight-bagless) and regret every minute of it. I'm back buying this Sanyo 3-in-1 again.
It has amazing suction for being such a small vac. It does wonders with cat hair, dirt and small food particles. I like the 3-in-1 feature. I use it on my tile and wood floors, the car and to suction out my window panes. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is beacuse the cord is short. It's a minor inconvenience but the quality of vacuum makesup for it.
I live in a rural area so I order many things online, vacuum bags being one of them. I had never replaced my old Sanyo's filter in the 5 years I had it and it still worked great.
If you are looking for a bare floor and suction vac for small jobs, this will do it.

While looking cool and compact, this cleaner is not designed well: (1) when using it in the standard transform (as shown on the picture), the air coming out from the vent holes is despersing and displacing the dust you try to suck in(!);
(2) It is not powerful enough to clean carpet, works more or less only on bar floors; (3) It comes with just one attachment (to reach corners), anything else must be bought from Sanyo separately; (4)... it is impossible to buy bags from anywhere but the Internet or an authorized dealer - you are not going to find the bags in a department or electronics store.
Stay away from this one...
