This card can run Max Payne 3 on full details (DX11 mode) @ 1600 x 900 at a solid 45+ FPS. *NOTE* Can't run higher resolution because game limits graphics by amount of memory on card. Arkham City on max settings @ 1920 x 1080 (DX11) with FXAA on high, tessellation on high and everything else maxed, smooth 50 - 60 FPS (Vsynch Enabled). Crysis 2 @ 1600 x 900 (DX11 patch and hi-res textures)on ultra settings and averaging 48 FPS (1920 x 1080 is possible but not as smooth, around 35 FPS average). Uses very little power when not gaming and scales incredibly well in Crossfire (nearly 95%, so almost double the performance). Two of these cards will trade blows with a GTX580, which costs around $460 - $500. Also, great over-clocker (at least mine is). I am happy with it and will be ordering a 2nd one in a few weeks. The best card you can get for under $130.

My system specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 @ 4.31 Ghz (15.5 Multiplier X 278 FSB @ 1.495V)
Ram: 8GB Kingston HyperX DDR2 1066 @ 1112 Mhz
Mobo: Asrock A770DE+
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212+ (push/pull)
Case: NZXT Gamma Classic
PSU: Seasonic X560
GPU: Saphire 7770 @ 1175 Mhz Core / 1535 Mhz memory (6140 Mhz effective)

I have had this card for a while now. About a month or so. And it has maxed out everything so far! (Skyrim, TF2, Amnesia etc.) but one thing I have to throw out there is the fact that some games had some graphical problems, and the customer service of AMD really SUCKS. But after downloading the beta drivers from Catalyst, everything runs flawlessly. 4/5 because of some errors with Amnesia and Minecraft, but after some tweaking with beta drivers, problems all solved.

EDIT: With the 12.7 drivers, this card is a 5/5! :))

I'm not one to shell out $300+ for a video card, so I tend to work within the mid-range cards. I went from an old HD5670 to the HD7770, and considering the low power draw and price point, this will do just about anything you need it to do. Sure, you're not going to be running with full AF and AA running 1920x1080, but if you're looking at this card, I doubt you're looking to do that. It plays Guild Wars 2 swimmingly and it was well in line with my expectations. I certainly can't complain about this card.

2012-06-30 - Update

I installed the new 12.6 drivers and the jittering appears to have stopped. I changed the 'star' rating to 4, from my initial rating of 1.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Installed first card, image would 'jitter' every 10 or 15 minutes. Tried drivers that came with the card, latest drivers downloaded from AMD - neither solved the problem.

Requested a replacement video card, and the second card does exactly the same...

Strange, my previous card never did that. I run my pc from a UPS so it shouldn't be a voltage problem.

The power supply in my computer is easily large enough, and the card it replaced (ATI 4770) used more power anyway....

Very strange...

This has worked very well, wish there had been a 2GB version, I'm hoping there is a 20nm or 16nm updated version of this card, works very well! mostly desktop plus a little WOW on one of the 30s once in a while, shocking how well it works for such a low end card.

my desktop is 7520x1600 spread over 4 monitors (2 of them 30" Dells) 30s are driven by mini display ports, and the two side monitors are driven by HDMI and DVI

This Card is an excellent choice for all budget gamer's and general consumers. Sapphire- a world leader in the manufacturing in AMD cards did yet another superb job on this HD7770. With many extras such as a mini-display port to a display port 1.2 adapter sapphire includes many items that other companies leave out. A sleek design with a nice fan gives this card a nice look. with a 1Ghz gpu core clock and 1Gb of GDDR5 this card puts Good frame rates on all of the games today. With featrues such as a new 28nm technology, eyefinity support, crossfire x support, 3d support and more this card is not to be put off at such a low price.

In my opinion this a perfect level budget card for the average gamer. for the price at Amazon it is a must have card.

This card is a couple years old, so I guess a review is kinda not much good at this point. It is a good card, have not had any problems with it. ATI's Control Center is good software. Sapphire seems to make a good product.

It is not a fantastic performer for modern games, but just about every game I play I can get amazing frame rates, mostly because all my games are older or LEGO games. It played Crysis 2 demo just fine.

The fan is excellent. Even when benchmarking, the temp never goes above 60C. It runs at 1200 RPM at idle and is silent up till about 1500 rpms, relative to the rest of the machine's base level sound. Fan is easily controlled by SpeedFan.
