I chose this card instead of a cheaper series model because I wanted to be able to play any game out today at max setting with 60 fps. That was a little over-ambitious. After using it for two weeks, I can play MOST games at max with 60 fps. Certain intensive games like FarCry 3 and Hitman: Absolution run at 30fps or so at max. I'm happy with that. I haven't tried overclocking yet but this card supports it.

PROs
- Powerful, beautiful graphics
- Good non-reference cooling, one of the most cost-effective 7950 models
- easy installation
- problem-free
- fixed my monitor for me! For some reason my computer could not fill my entire monitor screen at it's highest resolution. I didn't want to drop the resolution to 1200x750ish so I simply went into the video card options and set the overscan to 0 and it filled the screen and looks beautiful.

CONs
- Fps jumps around a little more than equivalent NVIDIA cards, though this card offers much higher performance for the price. It's not recognizable in gameplay.

I'm very happy with this card. I've even been buying games I already beat on XBOX, just to see it in the beautiful graphics setting that this card provides. It's not overkill like I thought but you can potentially pair up two of these cards in CrossFire.

It's very quiet, by the way

Great card, very easy to install, temperatures don't go above 60C in an air-cooled rig with no aftermarket coolers.

Tears through games like Far Cry 3, Bioshock Infinite, Sleeping Dogs with no sweat.

I've owned the card for around a month and have had no issues with it, will report if any occur, overall very happy with Sapphire cards. For the price and features, you can't beat AMD and Sapphire's quality builds.

I have had 2 of these in Crossfire for the past year and they are awesome cards! I thought about upgrading recently but the newer cards are ridiculously priced due to everyone thinking they will get rich by mining bit coins, and just running up card prices for us.

I am glad I didn't upgrade as it gave me a new project. Since these cards are awesome, but do run hot in crossfire when OC'd, I decided to do my 1st water-cooling project. I just finished my WC setup this week and now have both 7950's running on water.

WOW.... I went from (temps while intense gaming in Eyefinity 3 monitor @5760x1080) temps around 170-175f to temps around 100-109f. I could not believe the difference. It is crazy dropping 60 degrees, these cards should now last me a very long time!

I would highly recommend these cards to anyone, but watch the prices... Last year I got these brand new for $299.

I will put some pics in of what the card looks like torn apart and water-blocked if anyone is interested in doing the same.

Ordered the card specifically for the new batch of games coming out (Tomb Raider, Bio shock, etc.). It handles Tomb Raider well (even with Tressfx hair enabled) and runs over 40-50fps on average. Without the fancy hair it jumps up another 10 fps. No issues installing, just downloaded the newest driver. No crashes or glitches after two weeks of hard use. Replaced a Radeon 6780 and the difference is noticeable.

I've been using this card extensively for Bitcoin and Litecoin mining. The card is very stable and stays relatively cool (70 degrees C) while being undervolted and overclocked for maximum hashrates and minimum power use.

If you're planning to build a classic 'milk crate' type multi-gpu mining rig, be sure to check out the great build guide online which you can find by Googling 'coin mining rigs' and clicking the first search result. Also, you'll want to put these cards on powered risers to make sure there is enough space between them for airflow. I can get as high as 650+ Kh/s for Litecoin mining and around 650 Mh/s with Bitcoin mining, though I usually dial them back to 600ish for the longevity of the cards.

Very quiet, I can run most games on maximum settings and not have to worry. Running BF4, SRIV, Dota 2 all on max settings with no problems. Highly recommend this if you're on a budget. Plus, I got Hitman: Absolution, Saints Row IV, and Deux Ex: Human Revolution for free with this GPU.
